You can do a $10 donation via next phone bill to Red Cross Intl Relief by texting "Haiti" to 90999. They send a confirmation text back and even let you opt-in for relief alerts via text.

red reserves actually won 3-0 in pk's. eric also saved a pk in regulation.

a shutout in penalties. that's the first time i've ever seen it.

Note that the Over30 game was 3-1 till about 15mins left at which point we pulled a defender and added an extra striker to try and levwl the score. We gave up the 4th with about 10mins left, and gave up the 5th in the last minute after our GK was sent off.. So alittle closer game than the scoreline indicates.

Several hattricks for the Metroboyz but no 4 goal hauls. Mike Rudy's strike rate will probably never be beaten though (60 goals and 11 assists in 72 career games), which is why he made it to the all time CPR 11.
